Weather Cancellation Policy for Meetings of the Susquehannock District

• Meetings will be canceled if schools are closed or dismiss early due to poor weather conditions.
• Decisions regarding the cancellation of meetings will be made by the district leadership no later than 5:00 pm
• Notice of cancellation will be conveyed to the membership by the following methods:

1. District-wide email sent no later than 5:15 pm
2. Radio 94.1 FM WQKX, 1070 AM WKOK, 92.3 FM WYGL (or 100.5 FM)

• Always use your own best judgment when making the decision as to whether or not to attend a district meeting during inclement weather
• Most canceled meetings will not be rescheduled
