The district currently has an E-mail Network in place to help facilitate the flow of information in a timely manner. There are currently about 150 people on it, of varying positions. Is your address on it? If you're not, would you like to be? Send an email requesting your address be added. You need not be the top unit leader in your pack, troop, or post - simply an interested party.

The North Wood's District Meeting is usually the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 PM, the Roundtable is held on the third Thursday of the month at 7:00 PM, and the District Commissioners Meeting is the third Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM.

The North Woods District covers the following school districts: Keystone Central, Jersey Shore, Williamsport, Loyalsock, South Williamsport, Montoursville, and a portion of Southern Tioga.
